A Robert Cook home displays the culmination of over 50 years experience in the industry and a drive for perfection. Every detail of design and construction is the product of hands-on supervision ensuring a level of quality that surpasses the custom options of other homes.

Fred Cook, Robert’s grandfather, started the business a half a century ago. Robert’s father, Fred Cook II, was the developer and builder of Johnson Place, the east side development that includes some of the finest homes in Evansville.

Robert joined his father in 1979, and learned facets of the busines from the ground up. He continues the tradition of building homes while working closely with McCullough designers to create one-of-a-kind homes consistent with the Cook reputation for quality.
